yellow pale gold colour is highlighted by streaks of yellow buttercup.
Enchanting smells of butter, toasted bread, and toasted hazelenut. It evolves with ventilation towards fragances of honeysuckle and hawthorn blended to marzipan, figs, candied pear. Then, it develops notes of cumin, nutmeg, and gingerbread.
The palate is fresh and soft with a creamy and melted effervescence. It develops a smooth and voluptuous fruity substance refreshed by the acidity of the candied lemon. The mid-palate is bound by a limestone minerality that grants elegance and a creamy fruity finish. The combination creates a full and generous substance typical of vintage wine, rounded and preserved thanks to the correct amount of sugar added.
The final taste shows sap with a savory and slight hint of salt. It leaves a dry and delicious substance and a guaranteed feeling of gastronomic pleasure.
